Memorandum of Sale preparde and sent to your Lawyers for signature and return. |
After 4 Weeks |

Sign Reservation Contract and pay $10,000 reservation fee. This will be payable in £ sterling calculated at the exchange rate of the time of payment. |

Sign Contracts and pay 30% deposit (payable in US$) less the reservation fee that you have already paid. |
| Early in 2010 |

Sign final purchase contract and pay the balance of the purchase price of 70% (payable in US$). |
