Starting Point

Choose your property(ies).

Pay the £500 (+VAT) Focus Administration Fee.

After 2 weeks
Memorandum of Sale preparde and sent to your Lawyers for signature and return.
After 4 Weeks

Sign Reservation Contract and pay $10,000 reservation fee. This will be payable in £ sterling calculated at the exchange rate of the time of payment.

After 6 weeks

Sign Contracts and pay 30% deposit (payable in US$) less the reservation fee that you have already paid.

Early in 2010

Sign final purchase contract and pay the balance of the purchase price of 70% (payable in US$).
