Developers are often keen to offer some of their properties on an Off-Plan basis, as it helps to provide confidence in a development and underpins the project. Today a great many investors look for early opportunities offering a preferential payment terms.

In essence, buying Off-Plan means that the purchaser secures a property that has not been built yet - or is in the process of being built.
| The advantage of doing this is that it offers the purchaser the opportunity of securing a property at a lower price than will be apply once it has been built. This can be due to a number of reasons - the developer may be offering an introductory discount, there is likely to be an increase in property prices between the time that a buyer reserves their property and the time when it is actually built, the developer may increase the price of the property(ies). |
| Whilst these factors cannot be guaranteed, they do offer the buyer a very real prospect of making a significant investment at advantageous terms. |
